After launching ‘Life by IKEA’, the brand platform created to solve Australia’s life problems, we were tasked with helping the 40% of Australians who can’t sleep, fall asleep. Labelled, “the least exciting TV channel Australia has ever seen”, Sleep Ship followed thousands of sleep solutions on a 336-hour Slow TV journey from Sweden to Oz. While listening to the ocean’s rhythmic caress, IKEA sleep experts tackled viewers’ sleep issues live. In between, they read the names of products from the new IKEA catalogue. Zzzzz…
